**Job Title:** Skin Care Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation and Analysis. Meet with clients to understand their skin concerns, perform thorough skin analysis, and provide personalized recommendations for skincare products and treatments.
  • Product Knowledge and Upselling. Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare products, treatment protocols, and industry trends. Effectively communicate product benefits, usage instructions, and potential results to clients, achieving individual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building. Handle client inquiries, objections, and follow-up communications professionally. Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized care, encouraging client participation in promotions, loyalty programs, and referrals.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork. Work closely with aestheticians, doctors, and clinic staff to coordinate client care, maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system, and contribute to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional clinic environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in skincare or related field;
  • Strong product knowledge and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in skincare or related field preferred.
