">Job DescriptionThe Nursing Assistant is responsible for delivering effective and comprehensive nursing care that promotes the well-being and safety of patients. This includes:
- Providing direct care to patients, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse.
- Assisting patients with feeding and fluid intake, following dietary guidelines and aspiration precautions.
- Performing mobility assistance, including ambulation, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics or lifting devices.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Nursing Assistant will also:
- Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
- Facilitate the integration of the nursing practice framework into the unit-based daily patient care management.
- Collect and document comprehensive patient data through interview, vital signs monitoring, and skin integrity assessment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 15,000.00 - PHP 16,000.00 per month.
