Operations Support Professional

This role transcends administrative support, designed for a proactive professional who can oversee cross-functional initiatives, support client services, and contribute to the firm's sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing firm-wide initiatives and workflows.
  • Route inquiries efficiently to relevant departments and monitor timely resolution.
  • Track progress on departmental initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and improving workflows for efficiency.
Client Services & Experience
  • Monitor client communications to ensure consistency and high-quality service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of service standards and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and proactively resolve client service issues.
Reporting & KPI Management
  • Compile reports on firm-wide metrics, including operations and client services.
  • Support data analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Flag delays, risks, or bottlenecks impacting departmental KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive support.
  • Proven ability to handle cross-functional reporting and KPI tracking.
