Job Opportunity

Finni Health is seeking a skilled Credentialing Coordinator to empower the growth of its healthcare services. As part of this team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of credentialing and re-credentialing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Support: Manage applications, conduct primary source verification, and maintain accurate credentialing databases.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Privileging Assistance: Prepare necessary documentation and facilitate credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Reporting and Process Improvement: Generate credentialing reports, identify issues, and contribute to workflow enhancements.
  • Adaptable Expertise: Provide support for evolving organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Collaborative Contribution: Proven ability to work within teams and manage tasks independently.
  • Administrative Acumen: A keen eye for detail and methodical approach to managing documentation and data.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to resolving discrepancies.
