Medical Credentialing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented medical credentialing professional to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical credentialing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. The role involves handling medical credentialing needs for clients, including collecting documentation, assisting providers with payer forms, and maintaining accurate client information.
Responsibilities:
- Perform medical credentialing work, including collecting required documentation, assisting providers, and responding to inquiries
- Maintain accurate and current client information using an online database
- Drive the implementation of automated credentialing workflow management systems
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in US-based medical credentialing processes
- Familiarity with the US medical insurance industry
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Medical credentialing certification is required
Requirements:
- A high comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
- Good internet access at home
- Mobile Hotspot
- Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB
