SEO Strategist Job Description">

This role is responsible for executing organic search strategies for individual clients. The SEO Specialist will actively engage in search optimization on a daily basis to drive performance results for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute search engine optimization strategies
  • Ensure account execution follows company methodology
  • Analyze performance data for reporting
  • Execute SEO tasks within sprint planning framework
  • Maintain website health and compliance
  • Implement conversion tracking
  • Attend internal meetings for context and clarity of tasks
  • Audit client and prospect accounts to harvest opportunities for growth
  • Develop search-friendly content for client websites
  • Support marketing initiatives and direction
Requirements:
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Desire to grow and learn more, highly coachable
  • Technically savvy, able to understand how systems work and interact quickly
  • Holds themselves to a high standard of excellence
  • Collaborative working experience as part of SEO teams
  • Understanding of digital customer acquisition
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot
  • Using SEO software such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs
Education and Experience:
  • 2-4 years working in professional services organizations
  • 2+ years professional experience in SEO
  • Prior agency experience a strong plus
