As a management trainee, you will embark on a dynamic journey through the process of launching and scaling a brand from its inception to a fully-fledged market presence. This role is designed for ambitious individuals who are eager to dive deep into the world of brand creation and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Incubation: You will participate in the initial stages of brand creation.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on products and markets, collaborating with seasoned brand teams.
  • Brand Development: Work closely with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy.
  • Launch: Assist in the launch of the brand, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry.
  • Scaling: Contribute actively to the growth and expansion of the brand.

This comprehensive process includes conducting research, planning, and execution phases of brand development, as well as supporting the brand team in different stages of the brand lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, forward-thinking, and adept at problem-solving. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Upon completing the first year, management trainees will be assigned to either the Brand Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:

  • Brand Incubation Team: Focus on launching new brands, applying learned experience in brand creation and market introduction.
  • Brand Scaling Team: Focus on strategies and activities that contribute to the growth and expansion of established brands.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Not required, but previous experience in marketing, business development, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Skills and Qualities:
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Enthusiastic about brand development and market dynamics.
    • Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passionate about developing a long-term career in the e-commerce industry.
