The Role

We seek an Early Careers & Campus Coordinator to oversee candidate selection from campus outreach to final offers. This role requires leveraging relationship-building and process-management skills to collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding
  • Perform ad-hoc administration tasks to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Contribute to daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • Foster strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Keep stakeholders informed about relevant processes
  • Handle day-to-day queries and escalate where necessary
  • Prioritise continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
  • Effective business communication in English, written and oral
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • A willingness to work in a variable shift schedule
  • A flexibility to work on a fixed-term contract
