Customer Service Hotline Representative

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Hotline Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide end-to-end customer support, handling inquiries and issues related to LPG orders, inventory management, dispatch and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and managing LPG orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with sales officers and riders, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and manage LPG orders through various channels including landline, mobile, SMS, and social media
  • Provide top-notch customer service to all hotline customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LPG cylinders, including types of valves, accessories, and installation at household settings
  • Manage all orders received and endorse them to sales officers or LPG stores for riders' dispatch and delivery
  • Prepare daily sales reports and develop a customer database to support sales monitoring and customer relationship management
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to their concerns related to product quality, installation, and delayed deliveries
  • Coordinate with the LPG cylinder sales manager or sales officers on daily sales and inventory reports of cylinders
  • Coordinate with riders regarding delivery to track customers' orders
  • Report problems and recommend solutions to increase sales and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, inventory management, or any related field
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
