Job Title:

Nurse/HR Associate.

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and dedicated Nurse/HR Associate to provide medical services to personnel, ensure compliance with government regulations, and support HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relations skills, good oral and written communication, and knowledge of basic and advanced first aid management.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate conditions of personnel during consultation and apply corresponding first aid treatment, including dispensing medicines.
  • Evaluate and recommend approval for two (2) days or less sick leave applications filed by personnel.
  • Assist in processing applications and referrals of employee benefits.
  • File and maintain medical records of all personnel, keeping information strictly confidential.
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of all clinic facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure availability of stocks and supplies at all points where they are required.
  • Liaise with affiliate hospitals, clinics, and HMOs on employees' referral, inpatient, and outpatient services.
  • Coordinate with Health & Safety Officers of On-site HSEs in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the Health Workplan.
  • Assist the Company Physician in carrying out clinic duties, including plant visits.
  • Conduct home visits to personnel on prolonged sick leave or hospital visits to confined personnel.
  • Track and monitor personnel with health concerns from initial reporting until full recovery and clearance to report for work, sending status reports to concerned departments.
  • Provide health articles and talks for information and awareness.
  • Assist in administering and conducting the Annual Physical Examination (APE) of all employees and other personnel.
  • Consolidate and prepare reports on personnel data derived from APE results.
  • Perform Antigen Testing.
  • Process medicine reimbursements of employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • At least one (1) year nursing experience.
  • BOSH Certified.
  • Amenable to working onsite and full-time in Manggahan Industrial Park, Amang Rodriguez Pasig City.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good customer relation skills.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Can execute basic and advance first aid management.
  • Knowledgeable in processing benefit-related services.

  • General orientation on procedures and systems.
