Test Automation Strategist

We are looking for a skilled Automation Lead to lead our quality assurance strategy and drive automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, with 1 year of leadership experience.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
- They will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
- Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
Key skills include:
- Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
- Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
- Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to align QA efforts with company goals. You will also mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
