Lead QA Automation Strategist

As a senior-level QA professional, you will oversee the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our software products.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing.
  • Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions.
  • Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results.
  • Reviewing test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework and testing tools.
  • Mentoring QA engineers and fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence within the QA team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
  • Identifying gaps in quality processes and leading initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
