Job Overview

The GOMECO Group of Companies seeks a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to the CEO to support the day-to-day activities of the CEO. This role involves providing administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and maintaining confidential information.

Key Duties:
  1. Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, filtering communications and requests for their attention.
  2. Prepare and disseminate information, reports, and presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  3. Manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring optimal use of time and minimizing conflicts.
  4. Travel coordination, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
  5. Maintain accurate records and databases to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  7. Address and resolve any issues that arise during the CEO's absence or when delegation is required.
