Job Summary: Anytime Cleaners Corp. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage business-related tasks, including creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks.
  • Financial Management: Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
  • Communication: Answer phones, route calls to the correct person or take messages, and greet visitors.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
  • Meeting Preparation: Help prepare for meetings, accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for executives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
  • Education: High school diploma/College Graduate
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • Communication: Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
