Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Bahasa Customer Care Process Associate.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional and courteous interactions.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues promptly, communicating clearly and professionally via various channels, and utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer queries efficiently.

You will also be responsible for working independently and objectively to achieve customer satisfaction while demonstrating excellent written and oral communication, listening, and comprehension skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of international contact center experience with a strong background in customer service and communication.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, listening, and comprehension skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
