Responsibilities

  • Answer queries from members and provider regarding medical claims, coverage, hospitalization both in English and Bahasa (Calls, Email & Chat)
  • Adhere to the department's target of 24 hours response time for all written correspendence
  • Multi-tasking of assigned daily workload as well as ad hoc assignments
  • Become an expert in product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients in a timely manner
  • Assist the in-house medical team in coordinating client`s hospital admissions, repatriations, evacuations and other cases as required

Qualifications

  • Previous Call Center experience in a Bilingual Role is required
  • Experience supporting Healthcare Account is preferred but not required
  • At least 1 year experience in a Bahasa/Bilingual role is required
  • Can work with minimal supervision and can work with deadlines
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to work in rotating shifts
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati for the first 6 months
  • Fluent English and Bahasa
