Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Administrative Support Associate to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the preparation of documents and reports

Manage and maintain accurate records and files

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders

Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and photocopying

Requirements:


High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
