Financial Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled Trade Deductions Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. As a financial support expert, you will play a vital role in driving client value by providing back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing services.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the AR Manager to develop a scalable platform that supports deductions reconciliation, identifying trends and opportunities for clients based on expense settlements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop standard operating procedures for different tasks within the department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting to provide insights to enhance the deductions process.
- Take ownership of department goals and accept new duties while finding opportunities for improvement within the Customer Success – Technology Enabled Services department.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Background or education in Accounting, with a focus on trade finance.
- Technical prowess with SaaS products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
- Experience working in a start-up environment, comfortable with change and adaptability.
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills, with business-level English fluency required.
