About the Role

\

This role requires an analytical Operations & Data Analyst who will support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets and driving process improvements.

\

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.
  • Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
