  • Facilitating Communication: Handling requests and requirements between the company and building administration.
  • Application Processing: Processing and following up on applications, including gate passes, work permits, and access cards.
  • Visitor Management: Greeting and leading visitors to the appropriate person.
  • HR Coordination: Coordinating with the HR department for applicant interviews.
  • Office Organization: Coordinating with the housekeeper to maintain public areas clean and tidy, and updating the bulletin board.
  • Financial Management: Preparing payment requests and ensuring completeness of official forms.
  • Vehicle Management: Coordinating vehicle requests, drives' trips, and vehicle maintenance reports.
  • Facilities Management: Assisting with fire extinguisher annual refilling and monitoring.
  • General Administration: Assisting with any administrative concerns and related issues.
