We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Receivable Manager to join our team at ROMEO V. AUSTRIA TRADING (RVA TRADING). As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the entire account receivable process, from initial collection to final payment.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on overdue payments via phone calls or correspondence.
  • Closely monitor the aging of payment receivable and prepare statements of accounts.
  • Send reminder letters/demand letters to customers with unpaid invoices.
  • Determine creditworthiness by reviewing payment history and financial data.
  • Provide detailed information regarding customer's outstanding balance, collection issues, and discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
  • At least 2 years of experience in debt collection, account receivable management, and reconciliation.
  • Proven work experience as a Collection Associate or similar position in an Accounting department.
