Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled digital marketing professional with experience in the construction industry to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
  • Manage social media presence and create engaging, industry-specific content.
  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance online visibility and reach target audiences.
  • Design and implement effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and manage website analytics to inform user experience enhancements and optimize conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling content and copywriting.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems and graphic design software.
  • Familiarity with construction industry marketing is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (at least B2 level).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of layout, typography, print, and web design principles.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools.
