Senior C# Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior C# Developer to join our team of experienced software professionals. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using C#. Your expertise in object-oriented programming, database optimization, and team leadership will enable us to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

  • C# Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex C# applications using best practices and industry standards.
  • Database Management: Optimize and maintain MS SQL Server and MongoDB databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, providing expert-level support to the development team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience working in application development using C#.
  • Excellent object-oriented programming skills, with expertise in design patterns and principles.
  • Experience in MS SQL Server and MongoDB database management.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to react well to frequent project demands and requirement changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.
