We are seeking an exceptional Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team.

This role is not your typical support position: you'll be solving complex engineering problems that directly impact customer success.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of software engineering experience with production systems, strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python or similar languages, and expertise in API debugging, including REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols, authentication.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile project management
  • Experience with production systems, logs analysis, monitoring tools, and system debugging

You will work on various tasks such as:

  • Debugging complex API failures, LLM hallucinations, and integration bugs using production tools
  • Analyzing system traces in Honeycomb and other observability platforms
  • Writing and deploying JavaScript code snippets for customer website integrations
  • Performing root cause analysis on system-level issues and data inconsistencies
