Remote Leasing Coordinator Job Opportunity

About The Role:

As a Remote Leasing Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants across our rental portfolio. Your mission is to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate responses to leads—turning inquiries into scheduled tours and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, text, and email
  • Schedule property tours and maintain showing windows
  • Assist prospective tenants with applications and unit details
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based leasing agents and internal departments
  • Manage leasing documentation and CRM updates in our property management platform
  • Create and assign support tickets using our internal system
  • Keep listings and leasing specials updated

Tools You'll Use:

  • Property management platform
  • Cloud phone system
  • Internal communication and updates software
  • Access to building information and scripts
  • Task routing system for internal coordination
  • Time tracking software

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week. Requires overlapping hours with U.S. Pacific Time.
