We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to join our marketing team as a Marketing & Events Coordinator.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and coordinating events. The role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, edit, and manage external communications including email campaigns, newsletters, invitations, and promotional content.
  • Write and refine copy for marketing materials, social posts, and presentations with consistent messaging and tone.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure all messaging aligns with company goals.
  • Assist in developing marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and event signage.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
  • Work with internal tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Loop) to edit, finalize, and export creatives for use.
  • Support lead-generation efforts by researching and organizing contact databases.
