Workday Integration Specialist

As a Workday Specialist, you will play a key role in providing support for the administration of Workday's Integration function. This involves working closely with the Workday Leads and People & Finance teams, as well as other IT teams, to implement the IT Vision, Strategy and Priorities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Continuously seeking improvements and simplification by building integration enhancements and other related changes to streamline People, Finance & PSA processes.
  • Managing service and support requests relating to Workday integrations.
  • Delivering efficient, accurate, timely system administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting on Workday integration patterns to other related People, Finance & PSA – CRM, DWS, Peakon, LinkedIn, Adaptive Insights.
  • Performing system change requests related to integration business process flow and security based on business requirements.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient and accurate integration configuration as per the business requirements and strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying requests. You should also have demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and deliver solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Additionally, you will require:

  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Service Management systems/tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting Adaptive Insights.
  • Experience in Global Shared Services Organisation.
  • Experience in working with Workday system.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to consult and engage with a wide and diverse internal employee audience.
  • Well-developed execution skills: strong planning and organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail, and initiative to make things happen.
  • Prior experience with ERP Systems.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
