The Senior Integration Specialist will ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems, supporting business processes, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining data accuracy. They will develop, and troubleshoot integrations, collaborate with teams to meet business needs, and stay updated with the latest Workday tools and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure integration solutions meet business needs.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously seek and implement improvements in integration processes and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure individual and team KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
  • Anticipate hurdles and have contingency plans to circumvent them.
