Key Responsibilities
Business Process Management: Configure and optimize Workday workflows, approvals, and task assignments.
Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and EIB.
Data Management: Oversee data imports/exports, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Module Support: Provide expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruitment, and more.
User Support & Troubleshooting: Address system issues and ensure smooth functionality.
System Updates & Testing: Assist with Workday upgrades, testing, and feature rollouts.
