Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate marketing campaigns on TikTok, driving revenue growth through partnerships, and optimizing influencer relationships on the platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and executing TikTok affiliate programs to maximize engagement and revenue
  • Collaborating with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to create and promote affiliate links, ensuring that affiliate content aligns with TikTok trends
  • Identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with new TikTok influencers and affiliate partners

Campaign Strategy & Optimization:

Develop and implement strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance (e.g., clicks, conversions, sales) to optimize efforts and deliver results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure TikTok affiliate content aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.

Data-Driven Reporting:

Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate affiliate program success.

Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure all affiliate content follows TikTok's community guidelines and legal requirements (disclosure, branding, etc.).


Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing (preferably with a focus on TikTok or Social Media Platforms)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
