About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the Construction Project Management (CPM) Plan for projects and ensuring that contractors and suppliers comply with established procedures and instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement CPM Plan for projects
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and instructions
  • Attend and lead weekly meetings
  • Prepare minutes when required
  • Conduct regular project walk-throughs with contractors
  • Advise Construction Project Manager, Owner/Developer, and contractors of constraints and critical factors
  • Handle Design Addenda, Construction Manager's Instructions, Requests for Information, Substitution Requests, and other necessary documentation
Requirements
  • Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Must be a licensed civil engineer
  • Must have experience of at least four (4) to five (5) years with mixed-use/corporate office projects as a contractor or in construction project management
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in retrofitting projects and procurement is an advantage
  • Must have experience in structural concreting and rebar works
  • Must have experience with estimation and billing evaluation
  • Knowledgeable of local codes
  • Able to communicate professionally and efficiently in both spoken and written formats
  • Must be willing to be assigned within and outside Metro Manila
