We are seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our website and design projects.

About the Role
  • This is a fully remote position with overlap during UK working hours.
  • Work approximately 48 hours per month.
  • Start as soon as possible.
  • Opportunity to grow to full-time (36 hours/week) based on performance.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end website redesigns, primarily in WordPress, sometimes Webflow.
  2. Deliver polished, high-performing web design solutions with best-practice UX/UI.
  3. Balance hands-on design work with guiding project direction and supporting the team when needed.
  4. Collaborate closely with developers for smooth design-to-build handover.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in web and content design.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with a focus on design implementation for diverse clients and styles.
  • Proven UX Research & Strategy experience (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture).
  • Understanding of content marketing design principles.
  • Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize and organize time for yourself and a team to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite.
  • Experienced in Brand Design and Uplift (style guides, visual guidelines).
About This Opportunity

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work with various businesses with different levels of design and web needs.

You will take the lead in maintaining and raising the standard of internal brand visuals, researching visual inspiration, and developing fresh visual concepts and directions.

You will also be responsible for reviewing all brand design elements before they are finalized to ensure high quality and communicating clearly and positively with clients and teammates.
