Overview

Senior Digital Designer - WFH (Graveyard Shift). This role is part of HelloConnect, a HelloFresh subsidiary, with responsibilities across eight brands in two markets and multiple paid marketing channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
  • Deliver assets across organic/paid social, CRM and display for both static and video digital placements.
  • Leverage conceptual thinking to forge and execute exciting digital ideas.
  • Develop digital storyboards and animation as needed.
  • Seamlessly execute adaptations across a variety of digital marketing assets.
  • Manage/prioritize the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from concept to final product against tight deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality digital design work.
  • Guard the global brand identity guidelines and translate them into creative projects, ensuring cohesive digital design across touchpoints.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and encourage idea exploration.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to raise digital creativity standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Stay up to date with industry and digital design trends and technologies.
Skills and qualifications
  • BA degree or equivalent required.
  • 6+ years experience at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • A strong portfolio credible in digital design.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
  • Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Efficient, organized, able to prioritize workload and work under tight deadlines.
  • Conceptual thinking and strong creative instincts with willingness to experiment.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Great communicator and highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence.
  • Strong work ethic.
