Job Description
Main purpose of the job
As a Senior Digital Designer at HelloConnect you will be part of a global team of designers. You will be using a high level of expertise to deliver and encourage stunning digital concepts and executions to meet the needs of 8 different brands in 2 markets across all paid marketing channels. You will be ensuring the high quality of the digital design and the brand consistency across all channels. You'll also be acting as a guardian for the Corporate Identity. You will leverage your solid understanding of graphic design, typography and digital standards, be able to execute projects of all sizes, and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication. You will develop the HelloFresh digital design capability through leadership and inventive concepts, to set our online campaigns apart from those of competitors. You will contribute to the development of our brand by attracting more customers and increasing customer value through designs that are highly creative, attractive, emotionally effective and strategic enablers. You will report into the Lead of Design while collaborating with other key stakeholders across the wider business. Your work will have an immediate impact on how customers perceive food solutions, and your designs will travel around the world

• Responsibilities and duties
• Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
• Deliver assets across organic/paid social, CRM and display for both static and video digital placements.
• Leveraging your conceptual thinking to forge and execute exciting digital ideas.
• Develop digital storyboards and animation as needed.
• Seamlessly execute adaptations across a variety of digital marketing assets.
• Manage/prioritize the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines.
• Delegate tasks and offer feedback to team members, ensuring the high quality of the digital design work.
• Act as a guardian for the global brand identity guidelines, translate them into any creative projects you are working on while assuring a cohesive digital design across all touchpoints.
• Offer advice and share knowledge with colleagues, encouraging others to share and explore their ideas.
• Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across the company with various stakeholders to drive up standards of digital creativity.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital design trends and technologies.

3. Skills and preferred qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years experience at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
• A strong portfolio 100% credible in your core discipline of digital design.
• Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile first design, and web standards.
• Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects and Premiere.
• Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Efficient, organized, able to prioritize workload, keep a cool head and work under tight deadlines.
• Conceptual thinking.
• Strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
• Great communicator and highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence.
• A strong work ethic.
