Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
  • Conduct data validation, cleaning, and analysis from various systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Assist in building forecasting models for workload planning, resource allocation, and project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within construction, property, or a related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with database management and data visualization best practices.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
