To propel our organization's vision and mission, we are seeking a Curriculum Developer who will assist in creating educational programs within established frameworks and expectations.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to assess instructional outcomes and analyze curriculum goals.
- Implement high-level learning strategies in collaboration with trainers and leaders.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree in education or a related field and experience in instructional design, educational technology, distance learning, and training development. A Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop training programs using tools like Articulate and/or Captivate.
- Support the implementation of learning technologies, including the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct workshops, demos, and phone training sessions to support learners.
