Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of collections experience.
  • 1 year of collections lead experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate staff, and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of FDCPA and state laws.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality.
