**Job Summary:**

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable learning new platforms and efficiently coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the team to understand and transition current tasks and ongoing projects, providing day-to-day marketing support, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities, managing and operating various platforms, and assisting with title and real estate-related marketing tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and operate various platforms such as Fetch and bear printing
  • Assist with title and real estate-related marketing tasks, although industry expertise is not required
  • Support the marketing team with administrative duties, campaign coordination, and communication with vendors and clients
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in marketing support or a related administrative role
  • Familiarity with Fetch and bear printing platforms is highly desirable
  • Understanding of the title and real estate industry preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently
