Key Role in Marketing Operations:

Our fast-paced marketing and sales engine relies on a skilled Marketing Operations Coordinator to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

This remote role is critical for ensuring seamless execution of beer support materials, customer service inquiries, sales requests, retail promotions, and beer data—especially during non-U.S. hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Support: Monitor and respond to messages, escalate questions to the appropriate team, and use templates and FAQs for consistent responses.
  • Beer Support Material Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and external design agency, ensure timely delivery of accurate and complete materials.
  • Retail Program Execution: Track seasonal and evergreen retail promotions, order, design, and distribute materials on schedule.
  • Sales Support Coordination: Circulate design drafts to stakeholders, collect feedback, and communicate deadlines.
  • Beer Data & Project Management: Manage databases to ensure accurate and timely stats, release info, and marketing assets.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong project coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Airtable or Trello
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across time zones
  • Bonus points for experience in beverage, CPG, or agency coordination
