Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized paralegal to provide administrative support to our lawyers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong legal research abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare accurate memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
  2. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records of correspondence, legal activity, and case files.
  4. Coordinate and liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
  5. Assist in the preparation of court documents, filings, and pleadings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with US, EU, AU, and/or UK legal systems and regulations.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficient in legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and document management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
