Job Responsibilities:

As the Turnover Assistance Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Turnover Assistance Team (TOAST) in bringing residential units to Full Acceptance status. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Timely turn-over of residential units to BTG with a target average of four (4) FA units per work day
• Assist the Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the documentary close-out of the project
• Conduct site walk-throughs and site inspections
• Implement and monitor health and safety objectives, targets, and programs
• Implement and monitor environmental protection objectives, targets, and programs
• Address turn-over to BTG & CRM issues raised by the SAP/CRM coordinators
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any engineering or technical field from a reputable college or university
• Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
• Good leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
• Drive for results and accountability of business needs
