Role Summary

This is a pivotal position within the company, where you will be responsible for generating pipeline, accelerating deals, and cementing the organization as a trusted voice in AI safety.

The successful candidate will drive qualified leads and influence annual pipeline through targeted programs. They will also equip sellers and account executives with campaigns and assets that unblock deals and grow average contract value.

  • Amplify awareness: Turn the organization from AI's best-kept secret into the go-to partner for safe, high-velocity AI services.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will own field & ABM programs - executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, micro-campaigns—mapped to account plans and vertical motions. Additionally, they will partner with sales and product teams to craft messaging, define target lists, and orchestrate multi-touch sequences.

They will also manage the calendar of in-person and virtual events end-to-end: budget, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up. Furthermore, the candidate will create & curate content: collaborate with product marketing and SMEs to package case studies, playbooks, and outbound sequences.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or tech-focused professional services, owning programs end-to-end. They should also have a proven track record of running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex, high-value sales cycles.

Additionally, they will have demonstrated ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue. Experience collaborating closely with sales, product, and RevOps in a fast-moving environment is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications

A preferred candidate would have marketing experience to AI or engineering personas, knowledge of GenAI / AI safety concepts, or experience with vertical/industry playbooks.
