We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to take on the role of Medical Biller. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely and accurate submission and tracking of medical claims while maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional accuracy in data entry, and experience in managing medical claims and insurance processes. You will be responsible for accurately inputting claim information into the system and maintaining organized spreadsheets, as well as tracking payments and denials to ensure efficient processing.

A critical aspect of this role is resolving denied or incorrect claims promptly. You will need to resubmit these claims and address any related issues quickly to minimize delays. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver monthly claim billing reports and summaries to keep stakeholders informed.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills for handling insurance inquiries and resolving issues. You will work closely with insurance agencies to address inquiries and resolve claim denials in a timely and professional manner.

We utilize various tools such as ClickUp, Google Suite, and Trizetto Simple Claim to manage workflows effectively. Proficiency in using these tools is essential for this role.
