Accounting Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to fill this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of reports and schedules, ensuring data and balances align with supporting documents and trial balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Card Transactions Reporting: Verify the accuracy and completeness of reports and schedules to ensure data and balances align with supporting documents and trial balance.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Submit verified reports to management for review and approval to certify propriety, and reconcile daily accounting journal entries of assigned GL accounts to provide an updated book of accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting Degree: Holder of a 4-year or 5-year course in Accounting.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience handling general accounting of receivables and payables.

Working Requirements:

  • On-Site Work: Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati.
