We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Operations Leader to oversee our 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality security services. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing SOC teams and possess strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line supervision and leadership to the 24/7 SOC team.
- Manage daily SOC operations to ensure timely detection, triage, investigation, and response to security incidents.
- Administer and improve SOC processes, controls, and playbooks to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with industry standards.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in SOC management or leadership roles. Strong knowledge of SOC processes, incident response, SIEM/SOAR technologies, and threat detection practices is essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
