Financial Manager Position Available

Key Responsibilities:
- Record, classify, and organize financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Prepare financial reports (e.g., income statements, balance sheets) to support client budgeting and decision-making.
- Assist with tax preparation and audits by providing organized and accurate financial data.
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting;
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks);
Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices;
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines.
