Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Analyst in our Bank Rates team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data published in our MI platform.

This is a permanent night shift role that requires working hours from 6 P.M to 3 A.M / 7 P.M to 4 A.M. The position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to improve their skillset and grow a global internal and external network, enabling them to regularly assess client service levels and identify creative, viable ways to drive meaningful improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact US banks during US business hours via phone calls, supplemented with emails and Internet-based research to collect comprehensive information on interest rates for their banking products.
  • Be responsible for timely entry and submission of data within given timeframes.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with external contacts/clients to actively track information on covered content sets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and build expertise over time.
  • Identify new collection methods related to covered content sets.
  • Leverage capacity to learn and work on fees-related and charter jobs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills with great telephonic manner to speak to international clients.
  • A positive attitude towards work and environment/culture of the team.
  • Passionate about work and willing to go above and beyond.
  • Previous calling experience is an added advantage.
