Key Responsibilities:Project Documentation- Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings, contracts, specifications, and submittals.
- Prepare and review RFIs (Requests for Information), transmittals, and correspondence with stakeholders.
- Track and update project submittals and approvals to ensure timely delivery to site teams.
- Manage as-built drawings and ensure updates based on site changes.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities by coordinating with the project manager and field staff.
- Monitor and prepare project schedules and report potential delays or issues.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules to support site operations.
- Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with site engineers to address technical queries or issues.
- Record keeping of quality and quantity of materials on site as provided by warehouse/timekeeper is up to the company standards.
- Track and maintain records of project costs, including material purchases, subcontractor invoices, and labor costs.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and financial updates for stakeholders.
- Monitor and prepare project budgets and identify potential cost-saving measures.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Support the implementation of safety procedures and monitor adherence on-site.
- Organize and maintain project files and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for project-related discussions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project team members when necessary.
