Role Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you will facilitate enterprise data extraction at scale, enabling seamless access to critical web data without requiring coding expertise.

The platform empowers users to train robots in minutes for scraping, monitoring, and automating data extraction from any website, handling billions of records reliably and securely.

About The Position

This role focuses on delivering customized data extraction and report building services to premium clients.

You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success organization to ensure efficient data delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Managed Services team to deliver projects for managed clients and meet client expectations.
  • Develop expertise in automation workflows, data extraction, and customization using our robots.
  • Apply Regex, XPath, and JQ techniques for data scraping, manipulation, and formatting.
  • Collaborate with automation tools such as Zapier and N8N to process data and create end-to-end workflows for data extraction, integration, and delivery.
  • Conduct extensive QA testing to ensure robot functionality prior to client delivery.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of deep experience with HTML or another programming language.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and JQ.
  • Ability to have a 4-hour overlap with PST timezone.
  • High proficiency in English both spoken and written.
  • Capacity to work cross-functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines.
Benefits and Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Regex and XPath.
  • Prior experience with web scraping tools.
  • Previous front-end web development experience.
  • Experience with Linear or other project management software.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
