Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of Admin Officers, focusing on their growth and development, and ensuring they align with KPIs.
  2. Administer dealers and agents nationwide, handling tasks such as manual docket processing, new account setup, stock reconciliation, and debtor administration.
  3. Guarantee timely completion of end-of-month activities, including cylinder and account reconciliations, and stocktake processes.
  4. Offer assistance to agents, dealers, and internal stakeholders regarding queries and concerns.
  5. Coordinate print system-related stationery needs for all branches, agents, and dealers.

Necessary Skills:
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in administrative or operations management, ideally in a customer-facing setting.
  • Tertiary education is preferred.
  • Expertise in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Pronto or similar ERP systems is highly desired.
